Thingstide Rituals |
Thingstide, also known as Hlafmaest, was the first harvest of the year. It corresponds to the Celtic high day of Lughnasadh or Lammas, and is associated with the general concept of harvest, so that loaves of bread are often baked and shared at a grove's ritual. |
